Our story started with a missed pill
One forgotten heartworm dose, three confused caregivers, and a frantic call to the vet. That's the moment we realized: dogs deserve better coordination from the humans who love them.
PawBeacon Health was founded in 2024 by a team of dog owners, veterinary professionals, and technologists who shared a common frustration: managing a dog's care across multiple people shouldn't be this hard.
Between paper vet records stuffed in kitchen drawers, medication reminders scattered across three different phone apps, and training notes that never made it from the dog walker to the family, critical information was falling through the cracks every day.
We built PawBeacon Health to be the single source of truth for every dog's care. A place where vaccination records live next to training logs. Where medication confirmations are visible to everyone. Where an emergency means instant access to your dog's allergies, microchip number, and last known location, not a panicked search through text messages.
